Lungomare Perotti - Bari (1975)back to Buildings

The residential complex “Le Logge” overlooking the promenade of Bari in a prestigious position consists of two building with seven floors above the ground as well as a basement to be used as a garage covering a total volume of approximately 60,000 cubic metres and an area of approximately 16,500 square metres consisting of the eighty flats which make up the complex. The architectural design carried out by Architect Levi Montalcini paid particular attention to the type distribution composition of the flats which along with the delightful trimmings make this building a prestigious one whose increase in value over time is guaranteed. This “all inclusive” building was completed in 1975.
